How to remove Nokia Phone Browser icon from “My Computer”
One of my friends has installed Nokia PC Suite on her computer (Windows XP). After using it for sometime she has uninstalled it but “Nokia Phone Broswer” shortcut was still showing in “Other” section in “My Computer”. After a very long exercise she was still unable to remove that. Then she told me about the problem and after searching for a while I found the following solution-
- Microsoft no longer provides Tweak UI from its Windows XP PowerToys download page. If you already have Tweak UI installed from a trusted source, open it.
3. Open Tweak UI and click on My Computer.
4. Uncheck the Nokia Phone Broswer.
5. Done.
My friend is happy now.
